Operating in three parts, the layouts begin on a light background, transitioning to a refreshing pink and finally eerie black. With ballet having such a rich history, being a pillar of the arts, there was boundless ephemera to parse through. Ballet: 104 Photographs by Alexy Brodovitch particuarly served as a large inspiration due to its udisplay of movement in such an elegant, enchanting, enegmatic manner.

Expanding past the details, the overall layout can be seen progressing with the pace of the content. The layouts showcase not only the three integral fonts but use of blurred texture and faint outlines to muddle a viewers interpretation of text and continue to convey a perception of depth that is looking beyond what’s right in front of them. A story behind the glamour, behind the curtain.
